What is functional fitness?

Functional Fitness is based on workouts that help strengthen your body while keeping you in shape in a way that is functional to movements you do in your every day life such as squats, shoulder press, core, balance, deadlifts, and lunges. It is a combination of strength training, core, balance & mobility.

Every week our workouts are different to keep you from getting bored and to keep your body continually getting stronger and progressing. In some of our workouts the only equipment you need is your body weight and in others we use strength training equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells to build a strong body.

Our workouts are catered to every fitness level so that whether you are a beginner or advanced our trainers will adjust the workouts accordingly so that you get results and hit your fitness goals.

We educate you on not just how to build a strong body, but how to strengthen YOUR body. Our trainers are highly knowledgeable with years of experience to know the best approach to hitting your fitness goals, but we take it one step further...

Strong Mind

We teach you also how to build a strong mind and lifestyle. Most gyms and fitness centers only give you one piece of the puzzle by providing you with standard workouts where we decided to take it one step further and teach you how to make real transformation with your body through building mental strength as well. Mindset is the key difference in those who have lasting fitness transformations and ones that don't. Our coaches are also mindset experts and will teach you how to think, pay attention to your body, educate you on what your body needs, and how to build focus and discipline.

We take a wholistic approach to fitness that combines building a strong body & a strong mind. We combine years of experience with the best workouts producing the best results along with mindset coaching to help you not only get fit, but stay fit and build a lifestyle. Our workouts are a style of strength circuit training that change every week so you never get bored doing the same workout over and over, but are combined with mindset coaching so you truly can transform your life. Every fitness level is welcome as each workout is modified to fit your needs and your goal in a group setting. We set aside 1 hour for each class so that there is plenty of time to warm-up, review the workouts and movements, and perform the workouts efficiently, but most of the workouts are 30 minutes or less.

This class focuses on using your body weight as your gym with exercises like push-ups, squats, and other calisthenics to increase your strength while adding in exercises that focus on building your core, balance & mobility.
